Any Advise on the dating service called Great Expectations?

For the last few months I have been seriously thinking of joining one or more of the advertised online dating services. I figure after almost 6 years now of living my life alone, I really owe it to myself to do something about it. Finding someone in a grocery store or on a walk with my Shih Tzu (expecting to be noticed by some wonderful man who is an animal lover) just does not "cut it ". I have had some thoughts about finding out more about the dating service called Great Expectations. I don't know all that's involved with it, except the safety factor seems to be there, for meeting people that have been what you might call "checked out". They screen clients for past criminal records and interview them to see if they show signs of being let's just say ...."normal". I would think that all of this does cost more than the riskier ones. I do know (from what I'm told) that current photos are taken of each new member and a video too. They also have to write and submit a profile about themselves, all of these are featured on their private website. I like the video idea the best. You can see the person as they are speaking, and get some idea of what they are like, BEFORE you jump in and get involved.

If anyone has information on the service, pleeeease let me know. I would appreciate any and all thoughts on this.

There are a variety of dating websites available to both general and specialist groups.But I recently came across a site called http://meet2go.com it's all free, has a bunch of nice people on and u can attend fun activities and there's a nice chatroom... I had some great time meeting new friends and dates.... and am much happy now :) Hope you find this helpful. Chat rooms don't occur on all dating websites but we see them as very useful for new daters and socialites who love to chat to many people at once. It is a good way of getting your typing and chat skills on top form. All the Best

well, search for the dating site on Google and see in what page it is coming. if it is among best twenty result then well and good or skip.
